Barcelona. Paris. Brussels. Stockholm. Amsterdam. Berlin… London! le cool London editor Mat Osman has been busy gallivanting around Europe with the group he helped found early in the 90s, Suede. Read Mat’s account of the adventures back on the tour bus published in the Independent this week. ‘Less booze and more Deep Heat,’ he observes of the dressing room in Barcelona; but goes on to describe a wild and sweaty performance by band and audience, to the extent that the sound man couldn’t hear the drums over the crowd’s whistling.
