AWAY! AWAY! AWAY! is urban running club Run Dem Crew’s book, just out. With photographs by Tom Hull and design by Rosie Lee, it’s gritty, raw and full of energy.

Charlie Dark and his crew took on their biggest challenge yet this year: the London Marathon. The book follows their journey, from regular Tuesday sessions to the finish line.

“In documenting this journey, we wanted the final book to have an energetic and loose feel and it was a conscious decision not to produce a reportage-style book, but instead to opt for a more honest and ‘hands-on’ look and feel.” – Run Dem Crew.

Photographer Tom Hull tells le cool: “AWAY! AWAY! AWAY! is a collaboration between design agency Rosie Lee and me. We shot the photos for the book between January and May this year and it has now arrived back from the printers after being designed and worked, so I’m really excited to share it with people.”
